Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (裕景坊)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 12點半左右去到… 見到得一兩台客其實已經有點卻步..因為以前食佢係要等位..不過細佬想食就照樣坐底食佢啦..叫左重慶小麵 (小辣)配料揀左牛柏葉豬紅豬紅有5舊望落幾大粒好似唔錯咁..但一入口就嚇親😵‍💫得陣腥味 完全無醃過 感覺好奇怪估計一直都用清水浸住..而牛柏葉都是完全白烚的 有清水的味道惟一值得讚既係都算爽口重慶湯底好少 味道亦退步了..以前既香味都沒有了 同埋淡左好多以前食都唔係咁差無下次了…..

叫左重慶小麵 (小辣)
配料揀左牛柏葉豬紅

豬紅有5舊
望落幾大粒好似唔錯咁..
但一入口就嚇親😵‍💫
得陣腥味 完全無醃過 感覺好奇怪
估計一直都用清水浸住..
而牛柏葉都是完全白烚的 有清水的味道
惟一值得讚既係都算爽口

重慶湯底好少 味道亦退步了..
以前既香味都沒有了 同埋淡左好多
以前食都唔係咁差
無下次了…..
