To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 打著牛角嘅出品，牛角次男坊剛開時已經想試。黎到當然不得不食牛肉，叫咗牛角次男坊丼定食。$88定食包埋道地解茶、小菜。上菜時目光已被成個牛肉小山丘所吸引，蓋過成碗飯。牛肉上有滿滿嘅燒汁，送飯一流，燒汁比較濃味，食得多會有少少鹹，好彩有枝解茶。牛肉有大約7-8片，每片都好大片，啖啖肉好滿足。牛肉唔係肥牛，唔會有好多肥膏，但都冇燒到乾曬嘅情況。話明係燒肉，肉嘅油脂出曬黎。雖然好邪惡，但間唔中一次半次冇所謂啦。下次仲想試下豚肉丼！
