To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺附近放左暑期班帶住女女同工人姐姐去商場，阿女第一眼就見到元氣壽司個logo，我見姐姐未食過新幹線所以就帶佢試下。新幹線冇lunch set，要單點，不過對於唔食生嘢嘅女女同姐姐咪又係叫來叫去都係軟殼蟹手卷丶烏冬丶腐皮壽司丶同火灸系列🤦🏻‍♀️不過食咩唔重要，重點係有得玩，眼見佢哋咁開心就心滿意足。平時去d新幹線🚄要等好耐，不過可能今日比較早，未到12點，冇人排隊，直入，正！平時都有食開，不過今期極上優惠嘅蟹卷$14，d蟹肉好鮮甜，忍唔住食咗2件，大滿足。
