To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. #小秘書 細細個就開始迷上 南記粉麵 啲 #春卷 同 #牛丸😋 每次同 #屋企人 #打邊爐,Mammy一定要用 #南記 嘅 #湯底 做膽,再加滾水/清湯,用嚟烚吓烚吓,食物都會特別鮮味... 至於有無「師傅」嘅成份,我唔知㗎🤣 #南記 近呢十年,愈開愈多分店,雖然未至於總有一間係左近,不過開舖地點都算親民👍🏻 呢日我又嚟食 #南記 嘅 #大什錦米線,不過我每次都會叫 #師傅 扣底,因為 #米線 只係其次,我其實係為咗 #其他食材 而嚟😅 #牛丸、#春卷、#魚蛋、#墨魚丸、仲有 #魚皮餃,單係食呢幾樣餸已經半飽,所以我只可以揀食少啲 #米線(扣底)🤨 不過唔知係咪 #師傅 忙中有亂,啲 #牛丸 口感同以前好唔一樣,味道亦都差咗🤨 連啲 #墨魚丸 都係淋啤啤👉🏻👈🏻 好彩 #湯底 依然都幾鮮味,用佢嚟送 #米線 入口都掂喎😚
