Restaurant: 源成興大排檔美食
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在香港開食肆要生存有一個幾簡單的策略, 只要出品正正常常, 加大大件夾低食, 而如果能再加上一兩個賣點當然就更加受落!源成興正是如此, 食物出名大大份, 連餐飲都可加大至啤酒杯, 真係幾誇張!!所以上到黎最多食客的食肆一定是它 都有成年無來了, 要了什扒抄公仔麵+紅豆冰(啤酒杯)份量真的巨大, 公仔麵最少有兩包的量!! 炒得香口, 味道沒有問題, 不過麵稍為干了點至於什扒就包括豬扒兩小塊, 雞扒小半塊再加一條炸得過老的腸仔以前一個餐2x元, 現在這個餐$35, 漲價但理解
