To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日行過淘大商場戲院隔離嘅一個小food court,揀咗入面間韓樂Momoku嚟食,發現佢嘅食物真係大件夾抵食!我哋嗌咗韓式泡菜海鮮炒年糕、野菜牛肉炒粉絲同韓風香酥炸雞,跟餐仲嗌咗兩杯凍柚子洋薏米,埋單都唔洗$200!炒年糕配上韓式辣醬係經典,配料有八爪魚、蜆肉同雜菜,份量好多好飽肚。炒粉絲係用燒汁醬去炒,食落幾濃味,配料牛肉份量都多同埋幾大片,咬落去唔韌,加埋紅蘿蔔絲、椰菜同洋蔥都好夾,兩碟主菜嘅份量都大到我哋兩個女仔食唔晒!不過炸雞就麻麻地,唔係即叫即炸所以咬落去唔係好熱,而且炸粉偏多。杯柚子薏米就比較淡,就算撈均咗都係無乜味,建議唔洗加錢嗌。📍九龍灣牛頭角道77號淘大商場3期地下G301-320號舖位置就腳:🍊🍊🍊🍊餐廳環境:🍊🍊🍊食物味道:🍊🍊🍊整體CP值:🍊🍊🍊🍊
