To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直都知道呢間餐廳嘅存在但就從來都冇試過今次就同埋屋企人一齊去試吓😛.💡脆皮德國鹹豬手($158)鹹豬手味道相當濃郁唔會太鹹 恰到好處呢個份量作為前菜share唔錯不過個皮就爭少少 唔係太脆.💡焗芝士龍蝦配黑松露意粉($118)意粉份量相當大碟男士來講啱啱好芝士龍蝦非常惹味可惜黑松露味道唔係太出.💡墨汁大蝦藍青口意大利飯 ($68)墨汁意大利飯相當驚喜味道出奇地濃郁 唔會太膩青口亦非常新鮮.💡黑松露雜菌忌廉意大利飯($68)意大利飯好重黑松露味雜菌分量非常多 唯獨芝士份量相對少但整體味道唔錯.總括而言 呢間餐廳嘅菜式都比較大份建議細胃人士可以嗌少飯或少意粉 咁就唔使浪費食物😆📍 Route 83 (大埔)大埔廣福道83號地舖
