To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

太子行開唔知食乜好，見到有間舊式冰室就試下啦一坐低叫咗兩個蛋撻。靚色正皮，鬆軟外皮個咖哩有舊色茶餐廳感覺，咖喱粉同椰奶再加黃姜粉比例剛剛好。絕唔係咖喱磚。豬扒超大塊 冇乜豬嗰種臭味都唔肥。原塊上煎得香口加埋芝士超級正。炒飯好惹味，雖然炒飯本身偏淡但配少少咸魚粒好正，不過如果可以再炒乾身咸魚粒多返少少啲更正。總結: 有唔少名人到訪合照。價廉物美，態度親切有禮貌。下次想試埋福建炒飯同埋芝心法蘭西多士。仲有合桃酥
