To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

8月9號晚同男友黎呢度晚飯, 有以下comment:餐湯: 羅宋湯好夠濃, 有什菜外仲有啖啖牛肉, 而且湯底唔係好油,幾好味. 而我既磨菇忌廉湯, 好多磨菇碎. 再加佢地自製既包- 好既開始!主菜方面, 男友叫餐廳職員介紹, 佢地就介紹左招牌菜-- 法式燒乳豬. 我有d奇怪, 西餐廳都會有乳豬?男友鐘意濃味既肉類, 即管一試. 結果真係好好味-- 乳豬皮好脆, 肉好入味. 我唔鐘意食乳豬,但都忍唔住試左一啖, 好好咪, 仲試左少少皮, 又係好味(除左好味真係唔知點珍容), 好d似食豬肉乾. 男友讚不絕口.而我就食帶子墨魚麵--- 帶子好新鮮, pasta既份量好大, 都幾好味. 個餐仲包野飲同甜品, 我地食到攬住個肚走. 仲有, 佢地服務好殷勤!
