To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

作為米線關注組成員之一,雲桂香經常都係我既選擇💛 因為實在好食又就腳!全港有成14間分店,總有一間在左近~ 諗唔到食咩 又或者糧尾都係首選🤣 豬軟骨豬耳小鍋紅薯粉 🍜 $32+$9+$9 (豆漿$8)豬軟骨同豬耳係兩個唔同嘅口感,豬軟骨好淋,姨豬耳就有咬口,脆脆地,所以呢個組合都唔錯👍🏻記住小鍋湯底一定要叫小辣或以上❗️❗️❗️好重要❗️因為呢個係佢精粹✨ 我自問係一個食唔到辣嘅人,但係雲桂香嘅小辣指嘅係肉碎🍖 有一次我叫咗唔辣。。。就失去左食慾了🙃 所以真係提一提大家一定要叫小辣~腩肉蘿蔔熱拌米線🍜 $30+$9+$6 (豆漿$8)相信腩肉係好多人叫米線嘅必備,因為佢唔係特別貴嘅一個餸,而且有微辣,幾惹味~ 而蘿蔔就可以用嚟中和成個米線,就算叫湯底都好入味㗎!如果唔食得熱湯或者夏天怕熱嘅人, 十分推薦熱拌或者涼拌✌🏻 會有少少汁同埋肉碎,撈埋一齊都好好味😋 另外仲會配有榨菜,酸菜,花生。我自己就唔係咁鍾意食花生,不過今次唔記得咗叫走花生🥜-環境:💛💛💛服務:💛💛💛💛推薦:💛💛💛💛💛

腩肉蘿蔔熱拌米線🍜 $30+$9+$6 (豆漿$8)
相信腩肉係好多人叫米線嘅必備,因為佢唔係特別貴嘅一個餸,而且有微辣,幾惹味~ 而蘿蔔就可以用嚟中和成個米線,就算叫湯底都好入味㗎!
