高橋沾麵製作所是由日籍大廚高橋先生和松浦先生合力主理的沾麵店,他們將日本風帶帶嚟香港。聽說它們的沾麵都好好食,喜歡飲飲食食的我今天便來到大角咀奧海城二期大食代(美食廣場) 試一試。今天我order了:1 黑蒜义燒🐖拉麵$65, 濃的湯底味道濃口豐腴,加入黑蒜油 ,帶有濃濃的蒜香,麵條爽口。叉燒🐷入口鬆軟,又有少少燒過的焦香味,加埋溏心蛋🥚,賣相一流👍。2 豚肉魚介🐟沾麵$68, 沾麵是拉麵和烏冬麵粉的混合體, 麵條煙靱有口感,浸入用石鍋上的湯底 。由於湯底是用石窩上的,上枱時仍是熱騰騰🔥的,有香濃的魚🐟湯味。把麵條浸泡入湯中,輕輕地拿出來,令過過冷河的沾面有溫感,而掛了湯的麵味度不會太濃,再加埋幾片豚肉🐷和半隻流心蛋🥚,絕對是最佳拍檔。絕對是美味,大份又抵食。
