To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嚟到秋冬嘅日子，除咗諗起燒烤同邊爐外，又點少得酸菜魚呢？ 今次就同男友去咗旺角嘅「捌壹壹」食佢出名嘅必食冷鍋酸菜魚~ 🧡必食冷鍋酸菜魚（$218）我哋叫咗BB辣，食落好舒服，非常適合唔係太食得辣又想要有辣個香氣嘅朋友仔~ 冷鍋酸菜魚嘅份量勁大，佢除咗有勁多魚片之外，仲有好多配菜，包括䈑筍、寛粉同芽菜等，兩個人唔加野就咁食都好飽。 佢嘅魚片好滑，寛粉好煙韌，個湯都好香，食完好滿足！ 🧡手撕包菜（$75）一道簡單又好食嘅炒菜，香而不辣非常惹味！ 🧡紅糖桂花冰粉（$28）食酸菜魚當然要有冰粉做結尾啦！呢到嘅冰粉除咗有桂花外仲有紅棗，甜甜地解辣一流！
