A POOR FAST FOOD CHAIN STORE EXPERIENCE The appetizer was disappointing that the soup was cold, just like canned soup. The tea was cold as well.The service level delivered by the restaurant manager was poor with bad attitude, impatience and no respect for customers. He disregarded customers’ requests and urged customer to leave as soon as possible. The main dishes arrived quickly even if we were just having the appetizers, we were requested to pay our bills while we were just having the mains

The service level delivered by the restaurant manager was poor with bad attitude, impatience and no respect for customers. He disregarded customers’ requests and urged customer to leave as soon as possible.
The main dishes arrived quickly even if we were just having the appetizers, we were requested to pay our bills while we were just having the mains, which we had never experienced at fine dining restaurants.
The restaurant manager did a very bad job in seats’ assignment and displayed a rude attitude to customers. We wonder whether he had the expertise to manage a high-end restaurant and whether he had any respect for customers.
The whole experience was highly disappointed (just like a fast food chain) and we will not consider visiting again.
Please don’t go if you are expecting a nice fine dining experience.
