To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 焗豬扒飯一直是小妹最愛之物,炒得飯底相當乾身豬扒切至小件,配合鮮味茄汁每口飯粒都都非常惹味。豬扒的軟身令人食指大動,香脆的多士盒有一種台式吐司盒的味道,盒身烤焗得少許硬身但仍舊香脆與茄汁的味道恰到好處。大大個的多士盒份量十足,3-4人食用也足夠,$68完全是抵食之選。

抹茶雪山梳乎厘 $98
終於來到最期待能久的畫面:抹茶雪山梳乎厘,美味的食物永遠是需時已久。侍應把梳乎厘奉上枱時,外型已經相堂吸晴,整個梳乎厘巨型到不得了。外層烤得香脆的梳乎厘香甜而不膩,嫩滑的蛋白製作得恰到好處,而且能夠製作挺身,可見師傅的技術相當好。不過抹茶味道不是太濃郁比較失色。
