To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黎到太子呢邊又想搵間未食過既餐廳 行下就見到呢間冰室未試過再睇左食評又唔算差咁就試下啦睇完餐牌好似沒咩岩咁,最後點左個常餐, 雞扒米粉, 多士奄列, 凍檸檬茶不過味道就真係好一般麻麻地雞扒米粉,  份量都唔算話多, 味道普通, 雞扒一塊,味道普通. 多士奄列, 比較份量少既奄列而多士就有D太濃啦... 自己對呢種濃既程度就有D不能接受...凍檸檬荼, 正常茶記味道整體黎講... 份量唔算多味道就麻麻地啦...食左呢一次已經夠了.... continue reading

又係時候食下午茶嘅時間呀, 喺旺角太子一帶週圍行 最後揀咗呢間茶餐廳, 首先係畀佢嘅門面吸引, 門口櫥窗擺放好多新鮮嘅麵包同蛋撻, 啲 酥皮 蛋撻 好靚 好吸引😂。我哋叫咗 蛋撻, 吉列 魚柳併沙律, 雞扒出前一丁下午茶。 蛋撻撻皮酥化, 蛋香十足❤️, 吉列魚柳拼沙律 份量都幾多, 魚柳炸得甘香 仲熱辣辣👍, 雞扒出前一丁 麵質唔會太淋, 雞扒煎得好靚, 肉質又唔會太鞋。 我見到餐牌有個好大個嘅梳乎厘, 不過實在食唔曬,下次嚟一定要試下😂 continue reading
