To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 九月十八日 (星期四)過完Peak Season, 大劉聯同幾位高級幹部請全部門食飯...今次一改慣例,唔去食buffet,改為食中式...最後選了北京樓...我們倆未食過北京樓...很期待...原本的"賽程"也要改期...一放工,立刻趕往案發現場...我地一共吃了十多道菜如下:紫竹園小蔥海蜇很好味,很爽口,又彈牙...因為供應有限,很快便搶食一空茉莉茶燻素鵝...無什特別,因我倆都不大喜歡素鵝...所以只略沾一二,留力北京醬前蹄這個很入味呀...而且色澤分明...真是色香味俱全大觀園五香燻魚燻魚是老公仔的至愛,佢話呢度拍得住"翡翠拉麵小籠包"果碟北京宮爆明蝦呢個都很好味...還有一條大大的紅辣椒伴碟,很有美感,蝦肉又爽又新鮮...好一碟明蝦球烤北京填鴨戲肉所在,伴上很精緻的"鴨頭陶瓷碟",皮脆薄甘香,肉嫩,加上醬汁一流...無得頂!糟溜魚片都是專心做北京填鴨吧...魚無鮮味...不吃也罷蔥爆牛肉無乜人食,除左老公仔...佢覺得蔥爆得幾香口,牛肉又剛剛好...不太硬又不太林咕嚕肉普通貨色...如果計埋價錢...唔值麻婆豆腐大部份人都話辣,係四川的麻辣,唯獨平時最怕食辣既老公仔唔覺辣,好

很好味,很爽口,又彈牙...因為供應有限,很快便搶食一空

茉莉茶燻素鵝...
無什特別,因我倆都不大喜歡素鵝...所以只略沾一二,留力

北京醬前蹄
這個很入味呀...而且色澤分明...真是色香味俱全
大觀園五香燻魚
燻魚是老公仔的至愛,佢話呢度拍得住"翡翠拉麵小籠包"果碟

北京宮爆明蝦
呢個都很好味...還有一條大大的紅辣椒伴碟,很有美感,蝦肉又爽又新鮮...好一碟明蝦球
烤北京填鴨
戲肉所在,伴上很精緻的"鴨頭陶瓷碟",皮脆薄甘香,肉嫩,加上醬汁一流...無得頂!
糟溜魚片
都是專心做北京填鴨吧...魚無鮮味...不吃也罷

蔥爆牛肉
無乜人食,除左老公仔...佢覺得蔥爆得幾香口,牛肉又剛剛好...不太硬又不太林
咕嚕肉
普通貨色...如果計埋價錢...唔值
麻婆豆腐
大部份人都話辣,係四川的麻辣,唯獨平時最怕食辣既老公仔唔覺辣,好奇怪

四季豆
呢個係推介,四季豆很清甜...伴上淡淡的汁...很醒胃...很易入口...
金腿扒津白
好味呀!津白很清香清純...而金腿就略為咸了一點點...
隆福灌湯小籠包
一般...與"南翔"無得比
北京炒拉麵
全場之劣作...我倆都只吃了一口...
拔絲萍果
待應不是用冰水,而是用了玉泉忌廉,吃下,外層實而不脆,而入面蘋果好粉唔爽,有點兒是外有外食,肉有內食之感...不合格...
高力豆沙香蕉
用淨蛋白,豆沙不多,不過不失...始終都是"阿拉麵館"的高力芒果最好味!!!


一共三圍枱,有說有笑,還有用麵粉弄拉麵表現,吃的不只是餸菜,還有氣氛!不亦樂乎
