To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 走入去嗰陣,我已經聞到陣陣嘅香味,真係好期待!😋 第一啖,我嘗咗啲炸雞,外皮炸到金黃鬆脆,啖啖肉嘅口感,真係過癮!再配埋自家製嘅泰式甜辣醬,微微辣帶點甜,我一啖接一啖,停唔到口!之後,我試咗佢哋嘅招牌蒸魚,魚肉鮮嫩得滑,簡直就係一絲唔苟咁完美,湯汁更係清甜得嚟,一滴都不可以浪費,同白飯一齊食,幾撈飯!😍其實我唔係好常食椰菜花,不過佢哋炒嘅椰菜花,有啲出奇,未夠熟但又夠脆,喺辣椒同蒜香中帶出一種爽口,啫喱感令我意外超喜歡!食甜品之前,肚已經有點飽,但我就係唔可以錯過佢哋自製豆腐花,呀!滑到喺喉,加上花生碎,我食得好開心,甜而不膩。今晚食得好滿足,啲食物就算係平,都要食得過癮先得架!下次我一定會再嚟試埋其他嘅菜式!走,下次一齊嚟食啦!👍🏻

之後,我試咗佢哋嘅招牌蒸魚,魚肉鮮嫩得滑,簡直就係一絲唔苟咁完美,湯汁更係清甜得嚟,一滴都不可以浪費,同白飯一齊食,幾撈飯!😍

其實我唔係好常食椰菜花,不過佢哋炒嘅椰菜花,有啲出奇,未夠熟但又夠脆,喺辣椒同蒜香中帶出一種爽口,啫喱感令我意外超喜歡!

甜品之前,肚已經有點飽,但我就係唔可以錯過佢哋自製豆腐花,呀!滑到喺喉,加上花生碎,我食得好開心,甜而不膩。

今晚食得好滿足,啲食物就算係平,都要食得過癮先得架!下次我一定會再嚟試埋其他嘅菜式!走,下次一齊嚟食啦!👍🏻
