為什麼叫『大吃突吃』呢?  因為這頓飯我們點了太多菜  每個人都吃下平常份量的一倍肚腩胃腩都突出來了 一個月前便訂了枱  當然也訂了食物一坐下便點了六七個前菜  燒肉叉燒當然不在話下其實這前菜也填滿了半個胃主角是入秋必吃的大閘蟹  漂亮吧服務員打開蒸籠蓋時還真是熱氣四散還好有他代勞  幫我們把蟹解體很肥美啦~   吃隻蟹都花了我很多時間其他菜也陸續呈上  多得連玻璃轉盤都放不下胃容量所餘無幾  只可主攻數款菜式黃金蝦不容錯過  雖然不是大蝦  但正因為是這size才能一口把它吃下  蛋黃炒很均勻  薄薄地包裏著蝦身咸香味鮮脆身   不錯不錯另一必吃是古法蒸班球  魚肉很嫩滑 夾著陳皮絲和薑絲吃很讚  就是涼掉了也很好吃最後我們還點了道  燒肉鵝肝欖角炒飯這飯是炒得真不錯  米粒乾身 欖角份量下得適當  只是可以再切細碎點會較好因為有時那一口飯內竟有粒較大size的欖角  會比較咸 鵝肝粒那外脆內軟的口感  讚豉油皇煎田雞腿也不錯  肉質很爽嫩反而本來期待的沙薑雞煲有點失望 剛開蓋時香味真是很撲鼻  可是隔一會冷掉了  香氣及味道隨即下降雞肉還有點死實 還有很多菜  可是我對
