食放題乃香港蟻民的最愛之一, 我也不例外, 今次做訪佐敦大喜家一試呢個平民放題 閒日關係, 我地兩個人可坐四人台, 唔似一般放題咁坐得咁迫咁唔舒服…醬料沙律前菜汽水清酒雪糕任拎 食左好多野, 分享一下較特別的這些:黑蟹籽皇帝蟹棒壽司: 蟹絲配上黑蟹籽, 口感幼細爽口 芝士蟹籽: 排山倒海的卜卜爽 蟹膏玻璃蝦: 鮮甜味美 黑松露帶子: 入口即溶, 高檔的頹廢 三文魚: 沒什特別, 唔要沙律醬更佳 北海道帶子: 厚身肥美 原隻甜蝦: 鮮甜肥美大大隻 厚燒玉子: 雪得太過, 有點硬硬 北海道海膽蟹肉蒸蛋: 蛋味濃香, 質感幼滑 牛油清酒元貝: 元貝細隻左少少, 但清酒牛油夠香, 絕配 鹽燒海老串: 蝦身大隻, 鹽味香口, 佐酒一流 海老天婦羅: 天婦羅最緊要粉薄身脆, 呢隻蝦天婦羅就完全做到脆身個下, 但粉就略嫌落多左 櫻花蝦炸豆腐: 全晚最好食的一個, 雖然搵唔到蝦味, 但舊豆腐本身好甜, 炸出黎外脆內軟, 一口吃下也不為過 吉列廣島蠔: 粉多得黎有D酸, 唔食都唔可惜 新宿野菜海鮮炒烏冬: 平民最愛, 往往最考一間餐廳功力就一定係用最簡單既菜式, 今次呢個
