To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🏠雲貴川風味 果日去完車公廟轉運，行左去大圍搵食😋本身想食一間以前讀書成日食嘅一間茶餐廳嘅蒸水蛋飯，可惜已經無左蒸野食🥹行前少少見到呢間食米線，佢令我諗起我之前都好中意食沙田一間同佢個名好似嘅酸辣粉，所以就入左去試下~ 🍜酸辣米線 (辣腩肉+冬菇+通菜 )*多酸汁 $54 睇左呢度嘅食評話呢度嘅酸辣米線唔夠酸唔夠辣，但我果刻好想食酸辣所以都照嗌🤣見到佢有多酸汁呢個choice覺得幾好，因為我都中意食啲酸味出啲嘅酸辣米線。嚟到飲啖湯就覺得我嘅*多酸汁choice做得好好，因為真係好夠酸😋 講返啲餸，辣腩肉的確比起其他餐廳嘅肉比較瘦，不過我又中意瘦多少少嘅腩肉所以ok，呢啲都係個人口味🤣🤣 冬菇炆得勁入味不過比較細粒，通菜都新鮮爽口👍🏻 🍜麻辣米線(菜肉雲吞+蘿蔔) $47 本人就唔係好中意食麻辣所以好難比comment，同行嘅朋友就覺得麻辣湯底唔夠麻香味， 剩係得鹹味。菜肉雲吞係比較薄皮嘅菜肉雲吞，個皮好似出色過個餡🤣蘿蔔就普通，唔係好有味。 🐥鴛鴦烤雞翼 $31 呢個烤雞翼等咗20分鐘左右，問落先知原來係即叫即烤所以要等耐啲。雞翼大細正常， 食落就食得出佢烤嗰陣個醬係用同一隻辣椒醬，

 呢個烤雞翼等咗20分鐘左右，問落先知原來係即叫即烤所以要等耐啲。雞翼大細正常， 食落就食得出佢烤嗰陣個醬係用同一隻辣椒醬， 跟住再”嬸”返兩隻唔同嘅粉，咁就係鴛鴦嘅意思。 因為佢係即叫即燒所以肉質好多汁，但係調味我覺得唔好食🤣完！
