To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大圍開咗新商場之後，對比之下，店舖林立的大圍街道上的店舖也顯得更舊了 。有時候，人們已經開始提不起舊裝修的店舖了，認為環境落後比較污糟，腦海中認為那些食物質素也會下降，或者坐喺嗰度都反胃。這間餐廳環境感覺落後，但至少冇老鼠曱甴烏蠅喺你面前飛過。。。。都食咗10幾年啦，老闆一個女人打理都唔好話唔辛苦。。。講返正題食物質素，呢個係最多人叫嘅蔥油雙蛋豬扒飯，有幾多間餐廳整呢啲豬扒飯會比咁多蔥同埋流心蛋？ 佢開先河吧，至少喺大圍凍檸茶好飲，啲檸檬係新鮮嘅，有味。 味道真叫人難忘，一啖蔥一啖漏心蛋一啖豉油飯，加埋個新鮮炸豬扒啲豬扒幾件冇骨一兩件有骨，啲豬扒係好食介紹朋友食檬粉，檬粉係由開店嗰陣已經賣緊，啲凍檬正，好多係出面食嗰啲粉又熱，汁超級酸，汁味道又淡😂😂春卷脆卜卜同雞翼都好好食千祈唔好叫牛肉飯，係真難食！ 湯河牛都可以
