To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

收工回到大圍已是下午五時, 肚子又餓, 正想找些吃的, 四圍走走, 來到積福街的盡頭, 林園甜品粉麵小食店, 此店從未幫襯過, 抱著一試的心態, 來一個下午茶吧。入到店內, 店子不大, 簡單的裝修, 一貫街坊小食店的格局, 看看餐牌, 有多款小食及粉麵, 我只點一碗腐竹雞蛋糖水 ($8), 及兩件蘿蔔糕 ($6)。糖水好快送來, 凍食, 腐竹好滑, 呷一口, 透心涼。蘿蔔糕即叫即煎, 而且還是自家製作呢, 大大塊, 點些辣醬一起食, 十分美味。$14 一個下午茶, 抵食, 以後也要多多幫襯。
