呢排天氣差,個天係咁落雨,激死人... 話說今日經過大圍工作,仲記得以前細個去大圍只係租單車踩,平時都唔會嚟呢區行街同埋搵食,既然今日專程黎到,就當然試下呢區嘅美食啦,記得過往好多人網上留言都話呢一間餐廳出名食沙爹牛肉麵同埋豬扒,既然係咁當然要登門拜訪,好彩仲未到中午時間,人流未開始多。舖頭面積比較細得幾張枱,咁唔理咁多快快食完繼續開工。見到餐牌大部份都係一啲碟頭飯, 既然都中午時間唯有食多少少,叫咗個蔥油豬扒腸蛋飯,等咗冇耐啲飯好快上枱喇~~~ 首先,吸引我嘅唔係佢嘅賣相,係佢啲蔥油香,香味已經令到人食指大動,好啦講返個飯先,論賣相首先睇到呢一隻蛋就知道唔係用鑊煎㗎喇,一定唔會有脆邊,多數呢啲都係用扒爐去煎,效果一定無想像之中咁好食㗎喇,香腸都係正常啦,冇乜特別都係煎香。到試下呢度出名嘅豬扒啦,佢嘅豬扒有煎炸過,為咗方便食用,佢都有剪開幾段,避免豬扒會縮埋一舊,呢啲細心位都值得加分,老實講份量就唔算好大份,但對於簡簡單單一餐嚟講都好足夠㗎啦,豬扒配合佢蔥油汁食真係好惹味,如果有大量嘅蔥就仲好。咁當然唔少得凍檸水,份量就同正常茶餐廳無分別,甜酸度都適中,正常嘢啦。埋單$54蚊,當然喺
