之後點左和牛面頰肉意粉,個人覺得有啲似韓國炸醬麵既感覺(苦笑)今次配上扁麵,略嫌唔夠彈牙,而且醬汁比較濃稠重味(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵) 但好彩佢嘅面頰肉補救左成件事,肉質十分嫩滑多汁,肉味濃,用叉輕輕介開就變一絲絲!睇得出佢哋烹調面頰肉花咗幾多心機!雖然醬汁偏龍濃,但係主要都係食到肉汁嘅精華(☝︎ ՞ਊ ՞)☝︎

總括dough kitchen 十分值得一試,位於大坑成個vibe夠哂chill!所有手工製嘅意粉,質素極高,簡直係值回票價!
