喺社交平台經常見到foodie推介Dough Kitchen嘅手工意粉,特別係Sea urchin pasta,似乎係店內嘅招牌菜🍝終於有時間特登去大坑試🫣 一坐低店員有介紹menu,亦有講餐廳唔會提供水,要飲就要叫sparkling/ still bottle water 本身對海膽意粉都充滿期待,但一上檯發現d汁比較稀🫣食落口亦好淡味,食唔出海膽味🫠不過佢面頭topping既2片海膽係新鮮好食,唔會有腥臭味👌🏻($228)另一個叫嘅意粉係chef special 嘅miso iberico Bolognese即係日式炆豬肉意粉 😂反而呢個幾好食 ($168)前菜既toast同甜品都唔錯,tiramisu ($78) 好大份,兩個人食啱啱好
