餐廳位於大坑浣紗街的橫街,有點難找,所以能夠靜靜地同朋友傾計💖我地叫左4樣嘢share!日本帶子刺身配黑魚子,紅加厘子啫喱帶子刺身幾爽口大隻👍🏻沙律份量唔多,而紅加厘子啫喱唔太夾🥺煙三文魚配荷蘭汁波蛋呢道前菜幾surprise,第一次食🍳個底係脆酥皮,有少少沙律菜,面頭有隻半熟蛋一切開就爆汁,脆酥皮冇因為蛋汁而變淋,值得加分🤤整體上成個配搭好match! 伴碟仲有煙三文魚添燒羊架配芥末籽燒汁燒羊架永遠冇令我失望❤️煮得剛好,冇血水簡單調味保留羊嘅味道👍🏻另外覺得唔錯嘅係佢嘅伴碟芝士薯仔酥皮🤪味道岩哂我呢個芝士薯仔控~香煎美國西冷配紅酒汁驟眼睇就似係六七成熟,但切開原來係七八成熟,有啲靭,牛肉醃味唔係太夠,如果係烹調手法上有改善會更加好。做得幾好嘅地方係紅酒汁好味🤓
