呢間餐廳位於有好多美食嘅大坑,店面唔大,每晚只招待幾檯客人,係個種隱蔽嘅西餐小店,呢度嘅菜式用料優質,賣相有心思,值得一試!蟹肉芒果沙律賣相幾別緻,蟹肉同芒果係脆片之上,而旁邊係沙律菜,蟹肉十分清甜,配以芒果嘅酸甜味道。香煎鵝肝配無花果、蘋果醬鵝肝微煎過,入口即融,而鵝肝上有一層蘋果醬,蘋果醬整成果蓉質地,味道酸甜,中和了鵝肝嘅油膩,係十分出色嘅一道前菜!香煎美國頂級西冷配芝士忌廉薯仔配黑松露燒汁。西冷牛扒肉質軟嫩,口感不算太韌,亦都幾juicy。芝士忌廉薯仔嘅外層燒香過,整到一層層,質感好似酥皮咁,薯仔食起上來亦有淡淡芝士同忌廉味道。燒紐西蘭羊架配玉米餅,迷迭香燒汁羊架外皮燒得香脆可口,用迷迭香製成醬汁調味,味道調得唔錯,羊臊味亦不太強烈,而玉米餅嘅口感有D似法式馬卡龍,味道幾香甜。
