朕比較崇洋,鍾意食好西就人人都知,但要食到真・好西-就唔係話咁易!為左慶祝周年紀念,朕今次預早一星期叫定隨從幫朕Check下邊度有好西啱朕胃口,佢今次揾左大坑呢間Bovini,朕都覺得好・很滿意!!!朕一坐低,小二就已經奉上暖水同埋麵包,再俾埋餐牌朕慢慢揀!朕今次見個Set都幾啱朕胃口,於是就叫左個Set,Full Set!小二仲好貼心,話呢度既份量好足,擔心朕食唔哂,唉!!!朕食開九大簋,區區幾味西洋菜色,又點會難得到朕!先黎個Home Made Crab Cake,呢個蟹餅除左有手絲蟹肉之外,仲加左啲彩椒粒同埋黑椒粒調味,外皮金黃香脆,食落有滿滿既蟹肉,加埋彩椒粒,有雙重既口感!跟住就食個Caesar Salad清新下先,清新翠緑既沙律菜,加埋香脆既煙肉作點綴,開胃一流!食左啲前菜,跟住就緊係飲碗湯先啦,朕就要左個Lobster Bisque,呢個湯海鮮味濃郁,真材實料,入口非常飽滿!跟手上埋個Ossobuco Risotto,一咬落口----al dente!!!平時食既Risotto,多數都係比較腍身,而Bovini既Risotto,食落比較有嚼勁,而牛膝有好濃郁既牛味,食落腍
