鮟鱇魚個名有啲陌生, 原來就係Monk Fish, 剛才店員介紹鮟鱇魚與三文魚口感一軟一硬, 形成唔同層次的口感

鮟鱇魚 - 魚味濃香, 肉質較實
三文魚 - 魚肉超滑有入口即融的口感, 的確與鮟鱇魚形成對比
