話說,係同事閒聊間,講起宜家雞煲潮已經過气!想食返啲“正”嘅火鍋店,然后有同事話大圍有間616專食牛嘅火鍋店,我喱個牛魔皇,無牛不歡,一聴到緊係即刻揾料,原來佢有好多分店,佢係大埔都有,我住大埔緊係食返大埔分店啦~二話不說,先book 左枱7點,放工飛奔過去都得!7點左右到,都差不多坐滿,生意不錯!鋪面以街市背景為設計,别有一番風味!員工分别介绍左幾種湯底,但我最想食就係個牛雜喎~個牛雜湯底,估佢唔到咁多料,有大量牛肚,牛腸,牛膀,夢白,大葱…個湯底好正,多料之餘,湯底好夠牛味!店員推介嘅牛肉餃,好大隻,個餡好實,好多牛肉,如果入面加啲香葱會仲正!牛札肉,好食好嫩,有油脂嘅味道。牛駝峰,濃郁嘅牛肉味,有啲煙韌,好咀嚼感。匙柄,喱個好軟滑,味道又夠濃牛味,喱個值得再order腩頭,牛味重,帶一點油脂,提升肉嘅香味,好有咀嚼感。店員推介嘅616手工啤,有果香味餘韻,酒味唔算太濃,好飲,不妨一試皇帝菜,個盤好特别,好嫩四式雜菇,好特别,啲菇平時無食過!炸响玲,係我飛佛,每次打爐都會點616真系專為啲喜愛食牛嘅人而設,勁多款唔同嘅牛,好細心咁有文字提示,每款牛都有唔同嘅煮熟時間!避免煮太耐,而

二話不說,先book 左枱7點,放工飛奔過去都得!
7點左右到,都差不多坐滿,生意不錯!
