入大埔,我只會食開飯主義。高度推介大家試肉醬意粉同凍咖啡。先講肉醬意粉,即焗,芝士夠熱可拉絲,肉醬汁夠濃,意粉烚得剛好唔會爛唔會乾。然後係凍咖啡,面頭灑咗咖啡粉,入口香濃順滑。淨係杯咖啡已經砌低好多餐廳同咖啡店。以午餐$50下午茶$40嘅價位黎講,冇一間餐廳做到咁嘅質素。攞住$50去食大xx快餐店,你食到嘅係一早焗定嘅冇拉絲爛碎發透意粉,飲到嘅係沖定嘅酸澀藥水味咖啡。朋友問我點解入親大埔都食開飯,仲話我痴線。我冇怪佢地,因為佢地對食冇要求,唔明開飯主義嘅好。我想講我冇痴線,只係我對食有壹份執著。
