一間舖頭可以屹立超過半個世紀,一定有佢嘅原因。振興在九龍城寨起家,70年代進駐大埔,我由佢以前鋪位是工場,啲姨姨要經過條走廊先拎到貨品比客人,幫襯到而家門面變得美麗堂皇,行過路過都要掃翻啲返屋企傍身。今次又買咗佢哋嘅皇牌,牛骨濃汁牛丸,牛味非常濃郁,應該將濃牛骨湯精華混入去牛肉裏面,香滑彈牙。呢個牛丸真係喺坊間好難搵得到。松露小籠包,用大熱的黑松露皮包住豬肉碎餡,滲出淡淡的黑松露味。薑汁皮蛋貢丸,豬肉丸包含住裏面嘅薑汁皮蛋,有趣的配搭,好似食皮蛋酥。芥末沙律球,又幾特別喎,外皮係魚肉跟住裏面有芥末龍蝦沙律醬內餡,有爆漿感。全部放入大滾水煮,跟住淥埋個菜同米粉,方便快捷搞掂一頓晚餐。
