昨天放工返老家,同阿爸阿媽食飯,去大埔中心試新野,見開左間大阪燒一段時間,無食過就去試下。用餐時間90分鐘,感覺有啲趕,因為野食要自己燒,燒到熟都需要時間。睇完餐牌,叫左個肉類御好燒、道頓堀炒麵、牛肋肉、豬五花腩。原來個御好燒每邊要燒5分鐘,我們唔知,就睇住佢熟就反、個炒麵同御好燒都係落嗰啲汁,好似燒墨魚丸汁咁,都幾好味。之後再追加一個泡菜御好燒、雞肉同牛肋肉。由於個鐵板係無得換出來,所以每次食完都要剷乾淨再燒,所以每次都要重新落油,其實都幾肥,不過食落又唔係好油,可能因為啲醬汁。整體感覺幾新穎,但唔會成日食,價錢ok,唔太貴。
