To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間茶餐廳係我由細食到大，以前我阿媽就成日帶我同阿哥黎溢進食早餐。大個咗之後就好少食茶餐廳，前排經過就入去嘆番個早餐，以前都食開一樣嘅餐：沙嗲牛肉公仔麵再加兩款小食 凍華田薯餅同餐肉係必叫！一個肥仔早餐係一個美好早晨嘅開始先會嚟咗一份牛油餐包，最鍾意就係夾一塊餐肉落去一齊食，然後配埋熱辣辣又脆卜卜嘅薯餅食面。沙嗲牛肉麵嘅汁好濃，公仔麵煮嘅程度又啱啱好，我個人唔太鍾意公仔麵煮得太淋。雖然熱量較高，但咁嘅早餐好滿足！！偶然有個咁豐富嘅早餐都唔錯而且價錢都好平～

一個肥仔早餐係一個美好早晨嘅開始

先會嚟咗一份牛油餐包，最鍾意就係夾一塊餐肉落去一齊食，然後配埋熱辣辣又脆卜卜嘅薯餅食面。沙嗲牛肉麵嘅汁好濃，公仔麵煮嘅程度又啱啱好，我個人唔太鍾意公仔麵煮得太淋。雖然熱量較高，但咁嘅早餐好滿足！！偶然有個咁豐富嘅早餐都唔錯
而且價錢都好平～
