蔡潤記去大埔周圍都有一間魚蛋粉,個個大埔友總有一間心水魚蛋粉念念不忘,仲意佢浸味同魚蛋唔再話下,仲有由細食到大既⋯人情味。今日為大家介紹係大埔魚蛋粉三甲之一既蔡潤記,記得係東昌街個間蔡潤記,唔係「新蔡潤記」,大家唔好搞亂呵。朋友係大埔友,誠意推介呢間蔡潤記魚蛋粉,唔怪之得成日都咁多人排隊,點解一碗魚蛋粉可以有咁多人排隊?等我去試下先。我試係一碗淨魚蛋,老闆好快手,唔洗兩分鐘就上左魚蛋,有魚蛋、炸魚片同埋炸魚蛋,用上牛腩湯底,一粒粒白色魚蛋浮係棑色既湯上面,配少少蔥花,望落已經好吸晴。第一口當然會飲湯先,牛腩湯但唔係好油,再食埋粒魚蛋,牛腩湯同魚蛋又出奇地夾,一啲違和感都無,魚蛋好有魚既鮮味,粒粒彈牙爽口,唔係廢話,因為隱約間仲見到半掩到門入面有人打魚整魚蛋,真材實料既魚蛋,當然係魚蛋有魚蛋味,唔係平時急凍魚蛋個種質素。再試下魚片,都係好彈牙有魚味,佢既魚片係每日手工做,細細塊既魚片出面炸左,多左一種香口。我見好多食客會食牛腩面再加碗淨魚蛋,大家下次黎都可以試下。據聞佢既牛腩面都好出名。食完魚蛋叫左支玻璃樽既可口可樂,因為出面唔係成日有架,玻璃樽既汽水特別多氣好飲,大家見到都可以叫番支爽

我試係一碗淨魚蛋,老闆好快手,唔洗兩分鐘就上左魚蛋,有魚蛋、炸魚片同埋炸魚蛋,用上牛腩湯底,一粒粒白色魚蛋浮係棑色既湯上面,配少少蔥花,望落已經好吸晴。

呢間魚蛋粉回頭率好高,講真30幾蚊既魚蛋唔算特別便,但你食過就會知物有所值,有時美食係你比錢都食唔到,有機會食就真係要食多幾碗
