入到大埔探下d親朋戚友,食晚飯前梗係要去大埔名物,鼎鼎大名嘅三多雞髀參拜下啦!我冒着食唔落晚飯嘅危險,都係要叫返隻炸雞比止下痕先!近年三多喺唔同嘅地區都開咗分店,我都係鍾情大埔總店嘅雞髀。雖然環境就比較舊,但勝在夠風味,又泊到車雞髀醃得夠果,炸得好Juicy,外皮嘅麵包糠揸得金黃鬆脆,一啖咬落去,有肉汁流出來,雞肉非常之亂,熱辣辣,媽啊,熱到辣親個咀啦!而且加埋雞皮上面嘅辣粉,真係正到講唔出聲,生炸雞比,一定要出嚟三多!
