今日黎到大埔食飯,揀左呢間木船泰菜。大埔真係好多泰菜館,而呢間木船睇個門口咁多人等位都知唔惹少。今日去到食lunch,餐廳除左有set lunch,重可以加小食,我地叫左汁燒豚肉飯、汁燒牛肉飯,另外小食有鳳爪沙律、炸蝦球同埋炸單骨雞翼。先講下set lunch,除左main既飯之外,另外重有湯同前菜,重有細細舊布朗尼應該係甜品。湯可以揀冬蔭功/肉丸湯,前菜有凍豆腐同炸魚餅,而主菜汁燒豚肉飯就好香,大大塊燒豚肉舖係面,加埋切好既青瓜條,食落一來有口感,二來唔會覺得肥膩。而汁燒安格斯牛肉同樣出色,內藏溫泉蛋一飯,撈飯食就一流。小食方面,炸單骨雞翼有6隻,算係幾抵。鳳爪沙律,酸酸辣辣好開胃,配埋無骨鳳爪胃口大增,炸蝦外脆內軟,而且加左粟米增加口感。最後就係炒通菜,鑊氣十足。
