拉麵店既格局好日本,用「達摩」做主題,成間舖頭都擺滿左好多唔同既「達摩」,其實我都唔係好知達摩係咩,淨係知佢個樣望落好似不倒翁咁。拉麵既選擇都好多,除左最常見既味噌湯底、醬油湯底、豚骨湯底呢啲之外,竟然仲有叻沙湯底同埋牛乳湯底,比較少係拉麵店見到。呢度既拉麵有得自己揀要幼麵、粗曲麵定係烏冬,配料都有得揀要豚腩、豚肩、豬軟骨、牛肉定係野菜,自由度幾高。 1️⃣北海道3.6牛乳湯底 ($88)一坐低就見到佢係廚房出面張吧台擺左成排3.6牛奶係度🥛咁我諗佢呢個牛乳湯底應該都係佢比較招牌既選擇,於是就揀左佢,同埋係其他拉麵店都未見過呢款拉麵🍜一於試下。我揀左豚肩、粗曲麵。佢既粗曲麵唔算係好粗,有少少捲曲咁,食落去好掛湯。配料方面,豚肩有兩塊,每塊都幾大塊,厚度都夠,唔會好薄。溏心蛋好好味,中間既生熟程度啱啱好,同埋佢食落有陣酒香,非常出色。  個湯底方面,飲落有陣奶香,同佢面頭既黑松露同埋蟹籽撈勻之後,另成個湯底既味道更加濃郁,唔單止有黑松露既香味,一路飲湯一路食麵既時候,仲會食到啲脆脆既蟹籽,好有口感,亦都令成個湯底更加有層次感😌我自己就好鍾意。同埋佢個牛乳湯底,食落唔會有種好油膩既感覺,奶香加

呢碗揀左豬軟骨烏冬,豬軟骨有兩大舊,好厚身好大舊,食落好滿足。湯底方面,第一啖飲落覺得唔錯,黑蒜油味係有既,都係香既,但係略嫌唔夠濃味,黑蒜油既味道唔夠出。覺得呢個湯底係正常其他拉麵店食到既味道,不過不失。

熱辣辣即炸起,炸得好脆,但係出面唔會有油笠笠既感覺,點埋沙律醬食一流。
