今次嚟到大埔一間好有英倫風格嘅西餐廳 - ⭐️ OX Steak Lounge⭐️同屋企人食飯🥂🍽️晚餐有🌟Tasting menu $598 & ✨Set dinner $398 ,我哋兩款menu 都各叫咗一份。前菜方面🥗我哋揀咗 雞肉凱撒沙律 & 煙三文魚沙律配蜜糖芥末醬,份量比一般前菜大份。餐湯方面🍲揀咗牛肝菌野菌忌廉湯,成個湯係直接用牛肝菌野菌打碎加少少cream ,飲落好香牛肝菌味,真材實料,好高質。最特別係配埋自家製牛骨髓牛油包🍞 個牛油🧈釀咗響牛骨髓中間 響鬆軟麵包搽上好香嘅牛骨髓牛油,記住仲要點少少鹽一齊食,我個人覺得真心幾好食。主菜方面🥩Tasting menu我哋揀咗香煎鵝肝配美國封門柳(8oz), 封門柳肉質鬆軟,唔韌,而且牛肉味極為濃郁,鍾意牛味嘅一定回味無窮,side dish 除咗沙律菜之外,仲有焗牛油香草原粒蒜配埋一齊食,個蒜食落甜甜地,配塊牛肉一齊食,令牛肉香味倍增。另一個menu本身我係叫🐟香煎比目魚配檸檬牛油汁,今日廚師比咗個新煮法我揀,就係「西京燒比目魚」,廚師推介一定要試啦,塊比目魚肉質厚身,口感鬆軟,皮煎咗脆脆哋,份量好滿足。呢度嘅甜品好有驚喜呀!

餐湯方面🍲揀咗牛肝菌野菌忌廉湯,成個湯係直接用牛肝菌野菌打碎加少少cream ,飲落好香牛肝菌味,真材實料,好高質。

呢度嘅甜品好有驚喜呀!因為餐廳11月份新產品推出咗依排好hit 嘅 黑白大廚 [栗子🌰Tiramisu](加$48)。唔洗飛去韓國🇰🇷食,呢度就食到神還原嘅栗子Tiramisu, 栗子🌰忌廉加栗子粒,仲有穀物碎,餅乾,口味層次豐富,又有麥香,栗子香,忌廉嘅奶香,🍨絕對可以媲美高級酒店的質素。

另一個甜品就揀咗經典嘅🍫比利時🇧🇪朱古力心太軟 配埋士多啤梨🍓果醬 ,比利時朱古力🍫香濃,呢個甜品冇得輸。

飲品🥂我哋就飲咗橙汁同凍檸茶。
