老爸一向鍾愛和牛,尤其鉄板燒和牛,見大埔竟然開了少見ge高級鉄板燒,一於一家人試試我地點左四個set lunch, 分別兩份厚焼安格斯牛,兩份A4和牛,set lunch 除左主角牛仲有兩款海鮮或鵝肝,我地揀左2份配廣島蠔、鵝肝,兩份配銀鱈魚、大蝦/貝柱Set 首先奉上海葡萄沙律,海葡萄細細串的,質感脆卜卜,配上沙侓菜,好清新之後師博開始煎鵝肝,肥美鵝肝配上多士,好正,即使師博將原本二人份糧分為四份,每件多士都有2小片鵝肝,而且又香又肥美,性價比高貝柱不過不失,大蝦好彈牙而且鮮味濃郁,銀鱈魚充滿魚油香,廣島蠔一份餐有三隻,脹卜卜的,燒過後份外甘香,很讚先來安格斯牛,牛肉粒下放了面包索油,賣相精緻,配上香脆蒜片,有牛味之餘沒有半點肉渣,好正之後A4和牛相對細件,雖然入囗肥美,但賣相及味道還是未達日本的水平呢,可能經空運後食材味道未免爭d,而且師博將頗多肉切走之後用作炒飯,應該是牛的質量不太高吧之後仲有炒雜菜,炒飯及面豉湯,炒飯好香,用剩餘牛肉邊及牛油來炒,大大碗都淸曬飯後可以揀飲品或雪糕,柚子雪芭好好味,老爸的咖啡似乎不太ok
