Restaurant: Fat Belly Butcher & Gin House

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢杯Gin面頭有cream cheese,入面有藍莓,飲落有啲似藍莓芝士蛋糕🍰好特別,不過入口比較酸,同個名一樣似當係作結尾嘅甜品咁,小編就唔係特別中意🍸

呢杯Gin真係好好好好飲🤤面頭有蛋白同熱情果,入面係菊茶味嘅Gin🌼飲落好清新好易入口,淡淡花香無論配牛扒,定還是當作結尾清新一下味蕾都好出色👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻


好欣賞呢間小店,雖然喺大埔,但係食物質素環境氣氛,甚至係對食物細節嘅處理都拍得上港島扒房嘅級數🤤店內仲有過百款氈酒,無論牛扒定係氈酒都可以喺客人心目中留下深刻印象👍🏻而且價錢合理,仲係一間黃店💛
