To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). 自從之前同朋友仔食過主打牛扒既店後, 一直好想試下啲好食牛扒店。見呢間店會有熟成牛扒, 就好想去試下。去到差唔多1點, 但係餐廳唔多人, 得一枱就食完既外國客。喺門口企左陣先有人理, 唔知係唔夠人定唔憂做見客人較少, 打算先試價錢同份量適中既扒。揀左Argentinian Black Angus Prime Tenderloin $138/100g (280g+-)先上南瓜忌廉湯, 湯幾creamy, 飲到好香既忌廉味。等待途中聞到碳燒既香氣, 加上頭先既南瓜湯幾好飲, 令人好期待件扒。上碟: 牛扒外皮好有炭香味, 切落去比Medium熟左少少, 肉質比較實,  而且冇咩牛味, 覺得非常普通。同之前食過既牛扒店差距太大, 人地不單止好食, 而且價錢平成一半,  仲會每道菜介紹下 。 呢度實在太求其,  亦明白點解星期日中午都冇咩人幫襯。最後, 雖然件扒有300幾g, 但係呢餐食唔飽。以埋單要460幾蚊黎講, 性價比好低下。

上碟: 牛扒外皮好有炭香味, 切落去比Medium熟左少少, 肉質比較實,  而且冇咩牛味, 覺得非常普通。
同之前食過既牛扒店差距太大, 人地不單止好食, 而且價錢平成一半,  仲會每道菜介紹下 。
 呢度實在太求其,  亦明白點解星期日中午都冇咩人幫襯。

最後, 雖然件扒有300幾g, 但係呢餐食唔飽。以埋單要460幾蚊黎講, 性價比好低下。

豬肉比較緊實 所以食落去感覺啖啖肉 口感唔錯

是朋友推薦過的店,慕名試試 ,據說是大埔很出名的牛扒店。入座後,是一位紋身女侍應接待。我們幾人不太懂,女侍應沒有主動介紹牛扒。我們問能不能介紹下,她只回覆了這是肉眼,牛柳,西冷,全程沒有多說一個字。問醬汁搭配建議,也是敷衍說一句看個人口味。過程中朋友想要一杯水,舉手很久也裝作看不見,直至另一位男生出聲她才過來。焗蔬菜還沒食完,她就好快收走餐盤。原本還想試試其他菜也沒心情了,牛扒味道還不錯,烤得很香,但是服務感受太差。因為這位女侍應的態度,對這個店沒有了好感,應該不會再去了。

🆗Grill US pork chop. 豬扒夠厚肉不在話下,外面同牛扒一樣都燒得好靚。可惜入面的肉質有啲瘦,唔係好有油脂香,同埋好實🙈 個人一般呢個質感… 但鍾意的係會配埋蘋果醬,豬扒+肉桂蘋果最夾!佢地每份扒都會配一粒烤蒜頭,保留蒜香之餘,帶出蒜頭🧄的甜味,要來塗抹係肉上面都好夾!

中秋節一家人想出去食,見到依間之前經過一直想試既西餐,諗起冇試過帶父母去食咩酒店既大餐,暫時都未做到🙉,不過見到由五星級酒店行政總廚主理既扒房,仲要係我住既大埔,本住想帶父母食好西既心,就揀左Fat Belly我最想讚係佢地既服務,我過往同父母食既都係相對平民既餐廳,父母對好多野都好好奇,我媽媽唔識用檯上既鹽樽,侍應有禮貌地教我媽媽點用,而侍應既態度我幾欣賞,冇令我地感到尷尬,同埋都好詳細咁介紹餐牌,當我地做唔到決定既時候,都會俾advices我地而野食方面,餐廳係有花心思係配搭,醬汁同配菜既選擇多,叫一個扒可以配一隻汁而醬汁有牛油蛋黃醬、蒜蓉牛油、阿根廷青醬、紅酒牛肉,仲有個辣醬,配上唔同醬汁有唔同既滋味,我地一家人最鍾意係紅酒燒汁,都係淡淡紅酒味比較襯托到牛肉既香甜。又有8個配菜揀,咁我地就試左薯條、迷你牛肉飯同埋磨菇湯,薯條熱辣辣香脆,迷你牛肉飯牛味濃,飯粒有牛油香味,但一定要熱食,因為凍食既味道係失色不少,磨菇湯就正正常常,隨扒送上既蒜頭勁好食!再有三款芥末醬可以試,有d wasabi 味濃d,有d帶薑味,刺激下味蕾~至於扒既評價,用炭火燒烤爐,都等左差唔多半小時先上菜,我地叫

至於扒既評價,用炭火燒烤爐,都等左差唔多半小時先上菜,我地叫既dry aged 45 days ribeye,beef wellington 唔錯,塊肉好軟嫩,易切。
而我地都有試既是日推介Us omaha New York Steak Bone in Strip, 反而依個令我有d失望,食落有啲韌😅都好難切,切到我攰

已經幫襯過這間扒房好幾次,啲牛扒冇一次令我失望。這裏牛扒部位選擇多,比較喜歡連骨的,因為比較有肉味。頭盤點了洋蔥湯和牛仔肉(無骨)salad, 個沙律幾好味,只係嫌貴咗少少。阿仔箍咗牙,所以選擇了油脂比較豐富的prime ribeye steak, 肉質比較腍身,另外叫了一份連骨的cowboy steak. 最欣賞這裏的炭燒爐頭,燒出來的牛扒有炭香味,medium rare 恰到好處,加埋個薯條已經好正!自家製就算買幾靚嘅牛扒,用生鐵鑊 Le Creuset 煎都不能媲美!我覺得這裏的牛扒燒得比Morton’s,Henry,Grand Hyatt扒房更優勝。當然小店環境相對大酒店就冇得比啦,來這裏就係為咗個牛扒 。今次自攜咗一瓶比較靚嘅紅酒來,最估唔到點餐落單的服務員更是侍酒師的水準,有點驚喜!
