To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已經係第二次食Luca 喇今次行完山食既 雖然附近有好多茶記士多但都不敵呢間西餐廳今日六點左右黎到 雖然係星期日但冇咩人直入依舊有叫焗豬手食 保持水準豬皮夠脆 豬肉夠滑 配菜依舊出色同朋友再叫生蠔 今次第一次試法國gernado 一人兩隻 好juicy 好新鮮再叫個紅酒牛尾闊條麵 煮牛尾工序繁複呢個牛尾好入味 連闊條麵都好入味 又唔太軟身👍🏼👍🏼總括黎講 保持左水準 下次會再黎！

依舊有叫焗豬手食 保持水準

豬皮夠脆 豬肉夠滑 配菜依舊出色

同朋友再叫生蠔 今次第一次試
法國gernado 一人兩隻 好juicy 好新鮮

再叫個紅酒牛尾闊條麵 煮牛尾工序繁複
呢個牛尾好入味 連闊條麵都好入味 又唔太軟身👍🏼👍🏼

總括黎講 保持左水準 下次會再黎！
