卷上面既蟹籽尚算新鮮。吉列蝦炸得靚,唔會飲哂油,又夠脆,而且係即叫即炸,雖然等得耐,但值得。除左蝦,卷入面仲有紫菜同青瓜。青瓜有效咁中和炸蝦既油膩感,達至唔錯既平衡。煙肉芝士卷食落唔會過咸,只係芝士太少。煙肉係預先炸過再放入卷炸既,所以逼走左好多油脂,唔太油膩。惟憾個皮面唔夠脆。芝士年糕一樣唔夠芝士味,不過食落都夠煙韌,又唔會炸到飲油,口感幾得。天婦羅炸粉唔會過厚,餡料同粉既比例OK。蝦天婦羅夠大隻,而蕃薯天婦羅夠哂甜。同上面既炸物一樣,炸得香脆冇飲油。
