最近大埔開左間新泰菜館,主廚係正宗泰國人🇹🇭,有d特別的菜式可以預早訂。所以約左一班朋友去試菜。首先冬蔭公出場,湯會一直保暖。呷一啖,酸辣度適中,仲有新鮮的大蝦。十分開胃。沙爹串燒有三種肉類,雞牛豬,好Juicy。食得出每一種肉都要用唔同溫度同埋時間,廚師很用心機去烹調。豬肉用配上青辣椒、檸檬葉,包上新鮮的生菜既清新又野味。炒通菜好有火候。酥炸蝦餅,好彈牙,新鮮的蝦肉炸到金黃色,好正!生蝦刺身,食落去極新鮮,原來配上一片苦瓜,更加突出鮮味。不得不試呢個爆炸大頭蝦,香茅切成絲狀,連埋秘制的鹹蛋黃漿一齊炸至金黃。又係大廚級的手工之作。最後呢個咖哩肉蟹需要預先訂,即日買即煮,香辣黃咖哩加啖啖蟹肉刺激味蕾。剩低的咖哩汁一d都唔嘥,嗌返d蔥油餅點汁食,滋味無窮。👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼呢間泰菜館價錢親民,可以俾街坊食上五星級大廚的廚藝,真係好幸福。😋
