To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間麵包店都幾多人推介，係佐敦、荃灣同灣仔都有分店。除左麵包仲有cake, 整體唔錯，中位價錢。。芋泥盒子 $23類似生吐司，細細個，但又幾墜手。麵包質感鬆軟，有陣牛奶香味。吐司入面係芋泥餡，甜度適中，都幾滑，芋頭味唔算好出。外層有少少奶酥做碎碎。。朱古力酥 $25麵包好大個，希望餡料可以多啲。抹茶歌劇院蛋糕 $50由好多部分組成，Macaroon,抹茶朱古力, 朱古力脆脆, sponge cake,mousse cake. 用左丸久小山園抹茶粉，抹茶味道好濃郁，有甜道同時又有抹茶嘅茶香同回甘味道。整體口感好豐富有層次。朱古力夾心曲奇 $28由朱古力軟曲奇同朱古力軟夾心組成，仲有個朱古力餅底，朱古力夠濃，可以試下。推介指數：7/10📍品穀佐敦白加士街61號地舗荃灣大河道100號海之戀商場地下G18號舖灣仔太和街10-20號福和大廈地下B舖

類似生吐司，細細個，但又幾墜手。麵包質感鬆軟，有陣牛奶香味。吐司入面係芋泥餡，甜度適中，都幾滑，芋頭味唔算好出。外層有少少奶酥做碎碎。
