To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食元氣壽司，今次一來先知有火車送餐，好驚喜呀！最有鐘意嘅就係炙燒左口魚裙邊，炙燒魚嘅油好香！其次有限定的鰤魚腩配酸橘醬油，少少酸味，調出鰤魚腩嘅鮮味，正！熱食都好有驚喜，限定的阿波尾雞牛蒡薯餅，有少少牛蒡味，又唔會搶左薯蓉的味道，兩個都好夾，有個新鮮配搭！最後都值得一提的有長鰭吞拿魚配柚子胡椒，柚子胡椒的味可令大大塊的吞拿魚調出鮮味！
