To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情的關係，買外賣比較安全，途經希慎廣場Food court試一試台式便當，在電梯位已幫我量體溫，店裏頭貼出防疫措施告示，店員也戴上口罩，尚算安心購買。滷肉雞扒便當便當的份量十足，除了大大厚厚的雞扒外，還有四種配料分家是粉絲，粟米，椰菜和榨菜，還有半隻鹵水蛋，以這個價錢都算物有所值。特別喜愛粉絲乾身爽口，粟米也是甜甜的，因為蔬菜類比較豐富令到整盒便當添上營養，在米飯中也添了適量的醬汁令整份便當不至於乾爭爭。芝士奶蓋紅莓果茶叫了少甜少糖，味道剛剛好，不算太酸和太甜，在悶熱的夏天裏，令人精神醒胃。
