大大碟泰菜今次同朋友去咗荃灣食泰國菜,店舖好大間有好多位,座落舒服唔會好逼。泰式滷水豬手豬手炆得好腍,全部都冇骨,食落啖啖肉。就算食埋豬手皮都唔會覺得肥膩,反而骨膠原感滿滿。滷水味道幾香,雖然睇落深色,但食落唔會好鹹。隨碟仲會有一隻滷水蛋同蔬菜。濕炒海鮮河粉食得多金邊粉就想試吓其他類型嘅泰式炒麵,所以今次叫咗個濕炒河。濕炒即係會有芡汁,所以食落會比較濕潤。海鮮有蝦、魷魚、青口,再加埋蔬菜蘑菇一齊炒,河粉份量十分多,非常飽肚。燒豬頸肉生菜包沙律同行朋友唔係好食得辣,所以覺得呢個豬頸肉沙律係比較辣,但我食開小辣就覺得還好。豬頸肉份量都幾多,包咗好多塊之後都仲有剩,所以可以貪心啲一塊生菜包兩舊豬頸肉😆 豬頸肉燒過,所以食落好香唔會好韌,再配埋酸酸甜甜嘅青瓜洋蔥嚟食,可以解除豬頸肉嘅肥膩,食落會清爽得多。📍 金屋泰國菜館 (荃灣)荃灣楊屋道69-71號地舖
