最近我去咗一間泰國餐廳,試咗佢哋嘅咖喱牛腩飯、烤豬頸肉飯、小菜同甜品。整體嚟講,呢次嘅用餐體驗有好有壞。

不過,生牛肉湯河就比較失望。牛肉非常之肥,似係比較次級嘅肥牛,影響咗整體嘅口感。

最後,我點咗椰汁西米露糕作為甜品,味道還好,但冇乜特別驚喜。

總括而言,呢間泰國餐廳有啲菜式表現出色,但亦有啲地方可以改進。特別推薦生菜包,係值得一試。

很大一條魚 😍 下面有個小火爐大概可以燃燒半小時,令魚不會太快冷掉可以慢慢吃 👍🏻 湯底有點像微酸微辣的冬陰功,配料有生菜、草菇、秀珍菇和肉碎,加上泰國酸辣汁好好吃 🥰

[泰式黃咖哩薯仔雞]
最有驚喜係呢個薯仔雞,份量足,椰香重,加咗好多椰奶,食落口好舒服,奶味十足,薯仔同雞既份量都好多,加埋蒜蓉包去沾咖哩食一定好好食!

同朋友約咗去金屋泰菜館食飯。金屋泰菜館環境優雅,成日都好多人幫襯。我哋早早訂咗枱,好彩唔使等位。我哋叫咗兩個招牌菜,其中一樣就係芒果糯米飯。芒果糯米飯係泰國嘅經典甜品,幾乎去到任何一間泰國餐廳都食到。但金屋泰菜館嘅芒果糯米飯真係特別好食!芒果糯米飯一上枱,就見到金黃色嘅芒果糯米飯,上面鋪滿咗一層鮮甜嘅芒果肉。芒果肉好鮮甜,仲好juicy,食落啖啖肉。糯米飯煮得好腍,好有咬口,仲有陣陣椰奶嘅香味。我哋三兩下就食晒成碗芒果糯米飯,真係意猶未盡!另一道招牌菜就係泰式鹵水豬手。泰式鹵水豬手同廣東鹵水豬手唔同,佢係用泰式香料滷製而成,所以有陣陣嘅香茅、咖喱等香料味。豬手嘅皮好爽脆,肉質又好腍,食落好入味。鹵水汁好濃郁,鹹甜得宜,配埋豬手食,真係一流!叫咗碗白飯,用來就住鹵水汁食,真係好正!
